Prof. Dr. Raheem Bux Soomro is a foreign-qualified academic from China with more than 22 years of teaching, research, and academic experience. During his professional career, he has taught and mentored a large number of students at undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels. He is a research-minded, creative, and innovative scholar with strong analytical, computational, communication, and presentation skills. His major areas of interest include SMEs, entrepreneurship, business research, research methodologies, data analysis, and economic issues. Dr. Soomro has strong expertise in data collection, data screening, questionnaire development, survey administration, literature review, academic writing, report preparation, interpretation of statistical results, and preparation of research proposals, theses, and academic manuscripts. He has a strong command of English, Urdu, and Sindhi, which enables him to teach, guide, and communicate effectively with diverse learners. In addition, he possesses excellent classroom management, student mentoring, public speaking, critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, and academic coordination skills. He is also actively involved in organizing seminars, workshops, training sessions, and creating educational and research-based digital content for students, researchers, and professionals.
